On Peregrin Manage, there is a dropdown listing of all reports, shown below. Two widely used reports include: FastStatus & Transactions Log (from the dropdown list.)
What's the difference between the two? Think of FastStatus as "Now" and Transaction Log as "History." There's more to each one, but that's a good start.
When you click on Reporting, the Transactions Log Report will appear by default.

The Transaction Log Report will show individual transaction records for any account for any creditor using Peregrin, including accounts that are Inactive or Terminated. This report is fully customizable to show the data you would like to see. To Save Report or Export the report, there are 2 buttons on upper right.

Tip: You would use the filters to find Proposals (approved and declined), Balance Inquiries, Drops, and Terminations on record for an account handled by your agency. You can set a Custom Timeframe as well. The combinations are many and you can lookback at previous years!
The FastStatus: Accounts Reports (there are two): Accounts that are active and currently setup on a DMP (Accounts), and accounts that are active and within 4 months of payoff (Near Payoff).
The FastStatus: Accounts Report will show specific account information, such as balance, last payment date and amount, and the past due amount, among other information. FastStatus: Accounts is a very useful tool because the report provides current balance information on Capital One, Citi, Resurgent, and Wells Fargo accounts.

The FastStatus: Near Payoff Reports lists active accounts that are within 4 months of liquidation based on their last payment and/or their proposal amount as applied to their remaining balance. Near Payoff works with accounts from Capital One, Citi, Resurgent, and Wells Fargo.

Tip: Run the report to find accounts 3 months or less to Payoff, and sort it with 3 months listed first. Save that report and run it every month. Get the payoff amount from the creditor. You will reduce overpayments and help the client apply their completed payment to other creditors accurately.
