Not at all! Tickets are created automatically from your email to help@peregrin.com. You can also use one of the below methods to submit a ticket for Peregrin support. If desired, you can create a FreshDesk account, which will allow you to track the status of your ticket, but since responses will be sent to your email address, this step is optional.

After selecting Send - No NPI, you will get a confirmation email and confirmation below will show.

Peregrin Helpdesk can be contacted by phone. You will be prompted to leave a message.  In your message, please leave your name, organization, phone number with extension, and reason for your call.
