There are 3 primary methods for how Peregrin communicates with your agency: Broadcasts, User Notifications & Ticket Email Responses

Broadcasts

Broadcastsare typically sent by Peregrin on behalf of creditors notifying agencies of important events or actions. Peregrin may also send more broadly applicable and important messages to individual users in a broadcast. Email notifications of the availability of broadcasts are typically sent to the Senior Executive, Creditor Relations, and DMP Management users. You must login to Peregrin Manage to read and review the information in the broadcast.

View most recent broadcasts on Peregrin Manage Homepage under the Recent Broadcasts from Creditors window box.

View all broadcasts by selecting Reporting on the left menu pane and selecting Broadcasts from Creditors (from the dropdown list.) The default view shows the most recent broadcasts at the top of the list. You can narrow down the on-screen list of broadcasts by selecting appropriate filters and clicking the Search button.

View broadcasts sent by a specific creditor by selecting Creditor Info on the left menu pane. Click on the row containing the Creditor Name to navigate to the Creditor Details page.

Scroll down to the Broadcasts window box. Open a specific broadcast by clicking on the row containing the broadcast subject, or see more broadcasts by clicking on More... to navigate to our Reporting tool.

User Notifications

User Notificationsare posted on the Peregrin Manage Homepage in the upper right under Peregrin Announcements. Peregrin uses these notices to inform users about important updates, reminders, and events.

Ticket Email Responses

Ticket Email Responsesare sent to individual user(s) in response to a specific question or concern sent to help@peregrin.com.

Whenever contacting Peregrin for assistance, please provide your username, agency name, and as many details about your question or request as possible to ensure a timely response. You may receive an initial response requesting more information depending on the nature of the ticket and how much information you provided to start.

Important Note: No NPI or sensitive information should ever be sent to Peregrin via email or through our Support portal on Peregrin Manage.
